Clear MindfulnessPause and Reflect
In the midst of your busy day how do your Big Rocks get your attention?
Big Rocks is a term that Stephen Covey uses to illustrate those things that are of paramount importance – the actions that support fulfillment of our dreams both professionally and personally. Clear Mindfulness is a concept that supports Big Rock completion. A clear mind allows for clarity and purpose around our real priorities.
Clear Mindfulness™
We make lots of choices in any given day. Many of these choices don’t always get our attention (nor should they). Buried in the minutia-choices like feeding the dog are relevant choices that at the time may barely register on our radar but collectively have a huge influence on our final destination. Clear Mindfulness is a practice combining meditation and coaching to foster presence of mind to make the most of a current situation and set a course for a rewarding future.

Clear Mindfulness provides tools to:
- Develop awareness of your experience - identifying opportunities, perspectives and obstacles
- Foster curiosity to ask relevant questions
- Promote informed choices based on the learning from the experience, your real needs and core values.
Power of “Pause and Reflect”
Mindfulness is a form of meditation rooted in objective awareness. It is the ability to notice and not judge. Coaching is based in listening, curiosity and powerful questions. Together the two provide a powerful pause and reflect combination to reclaim synaptic space and realign small choices with larger intentions.
