• Coaching Skills I trains organizers in a coaching model designed specifically for organizers in their work with clients. This is basic training in receptive and active coaching skills -- a stand-alone course which is also the pre-requisite to all other Coach Approach for Organizers™ training.
  • Brain-Based Coaching focuses on coaching with a client’s strengths and challenges in mind – particularly when presented with the organizing and executive functioning challenges found in ADD and common co-existing conditions.
  • Coaching Skills II teaches coaching to a client’s values and goals, strengths and needs. Participants learn the core skills, best practices and ethics of ADD coaching (which are effective with clients with a variety of organizing challenges), including client self-talk, ADD education, and support.
  • Organizer Coach Integration addresses the multifaceted coaching methodologies which complement organizing work and looks specifically to coaching in specific organizing stages and situations and stand-alone coaching as preparation for or follow-up to an organizing relationship. This is the fourth and final course in the Coach Approach for Organizers™ Foundation Curriculum.
  • Organizer Coach Practicum is the final training requirement for the Organizer Coach Certification®. This small group seminar follows a coaching text and is a serious exploration of coaching themes and the coach/client dynamic. It is designed to anchor ones identity as an Organizer Coach and to support the incorporation of coaching services into ones organizing business.
