Accountability: Supporting our Clients on the Down Ramp
In this post on Follow-Through I discuss the value of a really solid 'down ramp' - the valuable work at the end of a task. As an accountability specialist, this is where I put most of my energy with my clients. When we focus on the learning (and have really good agreements with our clients on focusing on the learning) amazing stuff is revealed. At the back end of a task is where I find clients can be terrific partners in the coaching process. Ultimately, their experience with their actions creates new learning leading to greater ownership of their own client agenda and of the coaching process. How do you support your clients around completion and finishing?
How do you partner with them here?
